My favorite go to bag to make for gifts! It is a lot of cutting, but well worth it in the end! I’ve made one with no interfacing to keep stashed in the car for spur of the moment shopping trips

This is a really cute bag. As a beginner, I found that this took me hours. It’s a lot of cutting because it’s a lot of fabric and a lot of interfacing. I think it’s a great two-day project for a beginner, but as someone said earlier putting the side panel together with the main panel is very tricky. Good luck!

Loved this pattern. It was quick and easy to do. Great little bag. Thanks!

This is a great pattern and a great bag. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because it is described as ‘easy’, which it is really not. I’m a beginner and nearly died sewing together the main and side panels, since it’s convex and concave curves, which is most definitely not ‘easy’. So that was a little misleading.

I love this for taking to summer farmer’s markets and to use as a project bag for knitting sweaters.
Thank you for the great free pattern.
Happy Canada Day!
